The Altoona Water Authority provides customers with a variety of ways to pay their monthly bill.

The Altoona Water Authority Customer Portal is simply the best way to pay your bill, view your bill, view your account history and sign up for eBilling.

Payments can be made at the Altoona Water Authority Customer Service Department located at 900 Chestnut Avenue.  There is also a drive-up drop box located outside the Customer Service entrance.

Drop Boxes are also provided for your convenience.  Payments are picked up daily but please do not leave cash payments at these locations.  Drop boxes may be found at the following Altoona locations:

Sheetz at 5700 6th Avenue

Transportation Center at 1231 11th Avenue (DRIVE UP)

AWA Administration Offices at 900 Chestnut Avenue (DRIVE UP IN REAR OF BUILDING)

You may also choose to have your payment deducted from your checking/savings account automatically each month by enrolling in "autopay" through our customer portal.  

We no longer accept credit card payments at our customer service department. Credit card payments can be made through our IVR (Interactive Voice Response) system by calling 1-855-786-5316, or from our website by selecting "Pay Your Bill". THERE IS A FEE FOR THIS SERVICE.
