Our education mission is to educate the public about the importance at safe and reliable drinking water.  The Altoona Water Authority strives to reach the children, parents, educators and  the communities we serve with water education. We invite you to join us in learning about the most precious resource on the planet — water.

Water is a highly demanded resource and global water problems continue to escalate.  Therefore, water education has never been more critical.  It is especially important to educate our youth on its relevance.  Teaching children about the topics involving water use today helps them build healthy habits for tomorrow.
