During 2005, the Easterly and Westerly CSO Facilities discharged to Spring Run and Mill Run at total of 38 times. A total of fifty-eight (58) samples were taken at the CSOs above and below the discharge points in the receiving streams, and the CSO discharge before mixing with the receiving stream and tested for BOD, TSS, pH, Ammonia Nitrogen, TKN, Total Phosphorus, Fecal Coliform. The receiving stream samples are used to ascertain pollution impact.

This data, along with the total gallons discharged, is reported to DEP in the Wasteload Management Report. A copy is available for review at the office of the Supervisor of Wastewater Treatment Operations.
